Want to be Happy?

Having a positive mindset, and ensuring what 'we' do always has a positive intention is a primary source to be happy. As per BK Shivani, the way we hit the ball matters, the way the ball comes back to us is our destiny. But hitting the ball with the right intention and with a happy intention is important.

Sanskriti se Shrishti hoti hai - is a BK Shivani quote we hear on her YouTube channel. It means,  more often than not what happens is most likely an outcome of what we would have thought. - literally, our culture leads to what we create/ or our habits lead to the outcomes we desire

In one of the podcasts by Inc. Productivity. I learned a new perspective on happiness. Here is the LINK  to the podcast for all of you.

To summarize the podcast, it focuses on prioritizing " Future Happiness". This includes doing things that would allow you to feel happy and positive in the future.

For e.g., working towards a goal, which when achieved in the future, as a result of a tough road perhaps, would result in a lot of happiness.

For e.g., Exercising regularly for long-term health.

There could be many more such examples, which implies, that if today is not that great, and as long as we know our goals and intentions are in the right place, tomorrow will certainly be happier and brighter.

Hence making happiness a journey with ups and downs.

Wishing you all a Happy, Healthy, and cheerful life on this Thanksgiving Day!
