Hi Friends, thanks for taking your time to read this. I have observed many of my friends face an ongoing acne problem. Acne can be caused by many factors including stress, but sometimes it might also be hormonal in nature. Exercise is one of the only few habits I have been consistent with for more than 15 years, and have reaped the benefits of it in the form of good health and a resilient mind.
