The main idea that resonated with me was to do what you have planned for, even if it means doing it only for few minutes. Historically, I have procrastinated many things only because I thought that they would be a big ordeal. Earlier I didn't have the ability to break the task in small chunks. A step at a time is really serving me well. This might not be possible in a professional environment with short turn around times. But this approach serves well for hobbies, and other tasks that have been lurking in your back burner for years.
